To receive a full refund of your items, returns must be unworn and unused, with original tags and labels and, insofar reasonably possible, in original packaging. Returns will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is processed.

For international orders, we do not offer free returns if you have received the correct item. If you wish to return your item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When returning your item, you must declare it as a "Return of Goods" on your customs form. If Vantage97 incurs any customs fees due to incorrect declaration, parcel will be refused.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will provide a free return label for both UK and international orders.
