Vantage97 is a premium motorsport clothing retailer dedicated to providing high-performance apparel for racing enthusiasts, teams, and fans. We combine quality, comfort, and style to deliver gear inspired by the speed and precision of motorsport culture.

2. Where are you based?

We’re based in the United Kingdom and proudly serve customers worldwide through our online store.

3. Do you have shops?

We do have three stores which can be visit around the UK, to find out more information please visit our shop page to find the locations and opening times. 

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, which you can view at checkout before confirming your order.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days we also offer next day delivery. International Europe orders usually take between 5–7working days and the rest of the worlds order take between 7-14 working days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

6. When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12:00 midday (UK time) are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12:00 midday will be shipped the following working day.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Visit our return page to see how to return this back to us.  

8. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

In the unlikely event of a fault or incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately at Hello@vantage97.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

11. Christmas Return Policy 

We offer an extended return policy over the Christmas period so any order made from the 7th of November to the 31st of December has until the 16th of January to return this back to us. This needs to be with the official tags still attached and original packaging, faller to do this maybe mean you wont be eligible for a refund.

These are the last posting dates for Christmas. Please note that due to the high volume of parcels during the festive period, there may be unexpected delays. This could result in orders not arriving in time for Christmas. We strongly recommend purchasing before these dates to avoid disappointment.
